Of late I have reaped the benefits of a lot of kanban boards across various tools, like chrome apps, mac app, project management apps and so...
What I have realized is that there is at least one tool in each category that has kanban boards integrated into their dashboards. Kanban board Views are now being included as an alternative view to the list-view and grid-view in many dashboards.
Kanbanization of To-do Lists - Meister Task
For example, look at this to-do list tool, Meister Task.
Which is a kanban tool to manage to-do lists.
Other tools that include kanban boards and to-do lists are Stacks, HyperPlan, Kanbanier

Kanbanization of Project Management - Clickup
There are many great tools like Trello, Notion among others but the best of them is definitely Clickup.
Click up has many views, one view among them is the board view, which might be the best way to visualize a set of tasks for the entire team across various projects and statuses.
Kanbanization of Job Application Trackers - Huntr
Another interesting area where Kanban boards have wriggled their way into is Job Search Tracking.
A great tool that lets you track the progress of your job applications is Huntr.co
Kanbanization of Tab Management - Toby
Toby helps you manage your tab overload by saving them in kanban-style collections that can be reused. A drag and drop style bookmarking solution.
Kanbanization of BookMarking - Qlearly
Qlearly helps you organize your bookmarks into neat stacks on a kanban board. You can organize these kanban boards into folders and this allows you to create a huge collection of links across various folders and kanban boards.
Kanbanization of Visual Bookmarking - Lasso
Lasso helps you organize bookmarks visually into cards, the best feature of this tool is the ability to add notes to the links and to choose the image that appears on the card.
This list is by no means comprehensive. I will extend the list as and when I find new use cases for the Kanban Boards.
CRM and ERPs might be the obvious use cases for kanban boards, but I am yet to find a good solution that works in either of these domains.
